Queen Elizabeth National park. Is the second largest area which offers prime grazing to buffalos, elephant and varrious antelope. the park contains like 600-plus bird species testifies to the extraordinary ecological diversity of this park. from the capital Kampala, it will take you a distance of 389km to the park
DAY 1.
Picking the client at any time from airport and have rest at the hotel in Kampala. From Entebbe international airport it takes like an hour to Kampala the capital.
DAY 2.
Leaving Kampala early morning after the breakfast at least by 10; 00am to start the journey, which has 389kms from Kampala to the park. Then at around 2; pm like a half way to Queen Elizabeth park there we can have lunch and it depends the distance. After lunch we proceed to the first gate of the queen park called Kabatooro gate in Katungulu trading center. All payments and inspection are done from either Kampala or on the gate. After we go to the hotel and check in until the next day.
DAY 3.
Very early in the morning we get into our truck and go for game drive after the breakfast and this it depends the hotel we slept from, how quick they are. The game drive drive takes like 5 hours during that time we track to kasenyi and also katwe salt lake for tracking the wild animals including the king of the jungle’ LION’ on the side of southern Ishasha . A and then after the game drive we come back to the hotel and get ready for the boat cruise, we get lunch and rest for at least an hour before the Boat cruise.
The Boat cruise starts at around 2pm for two consecutive hours, it helps us for viewing the Lake Edward and Lake George on the water which is called the kazinga channel, and this was the former name of Queen Elizabeth Park.
DAY 4.
We visit the Kyambura gorge which has like 100 primates, and tracking for chimpanzees take like 6 hours and it’s another side of southern side of the park near Maramagambo forest on ishasha road. After we come back to the hotel to have lunch, rest, diner and sleep until tomorrow.
DAY 5.
We wake up very early in the morning and have breakfast around 7; 30am up to 9.am. We start a journey; on the way coming back we can have lunch at any place on the way at around 2pm, after we can proceed back to airport according to the flight time.
